YouTube Watch and Search History
In case you are not aware, YouTube History is distinct from your Web Browsing History and is not cleared even when you clear your browsing history from Safari or any other web browser that you use on your iPhone or iPad. YouTube maintains a record of videos that you watch on YouTube and this becomes your YouTube Watch History. Similarly, YouTube also tracks and keeps a record of search terms that you type in the YouTube search bar to find videos, and this becomes your YouTube Search History. Even if you happen to clear your browser history, your YouTube History will remain intact and you will still be able to find a particular video that you wanted to revisit by taking a look at your YouTube Watch History.
